The first-ever national cheese festival makes its debut next month and it’s a showcase for Canadian curds, an opportunity to separate the sheep’s from the goat’s and wash it all down with Ontario wine or -yes, it’s encouraged -beer, including Beau’s from Vankleek Hill.
The first Great Canadian Cheese Festival will be held in Picton, Ontario the first weekend in June.
