Triune Productions Inc. is dedicated to creating effective corporate and commercial film, video and multimedia, providing broadcast quality productions to a high-profile client list (past clients include: Canadian Tire Corporation, London Drugs, The Migraine Foundation and others, as well as charitable organizations such as Amnesty International).
Triune was established in 1985 and after 24 years in Toronto, founder and producer, John Barclay relocated to rural North Grenville in 2009 to be closer to family. Since then, the company has been active in a number of local projects including videos for the Spencerville Mill Foundation, The St. Lawrence War of 1812 Bicentennial Alliance and the Lennox Theatre. John also volunteers as a Community Producer with TVCogeco, covering many local events.
Last year Triune developed and produced a series entitled “Mind Your Own Business”. John interviewed a variety of local Leeds and Grenville business owners who provided tips and ideas on a range of business issues, including using social media, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service and conducting market research. Half of the ten part series has been released on cable and online (BNTV.ca), with another five are currently in pre-production. Partial funding for production was raised through the Grenville Community Futures Development Corporation’s Local Initiatives Program (FedDev Ontario) and an in-kind contribution from TVCogeco. The remaining funds come from various business sponsors within the local economy.
Triune is working on several projects right now, including a full-length documentary on one of Canadian Geographic’s Environmental Scientist of the Year called “Fragile Inheritance”, and many others that are explained on Triune’s website: http://www.triune.ca/
