Leadership is the Capacity to Translate Vision into Reality

Port Hope

Port Hope Downtown Revitalization

At a February 21st Community Visioning forum, over 70 participants identified the themes, ideas and goals that would be needed to bring Port Hope’s Downtown Revitalization Vision closer to reality.

The Forum format was inter-active and involved small group & large group facilitated café style conversations.

The Forum established a 10-Year Vision and Goals for Port Hope’s downtown. The evening was about listening and sharing experiences in small group conversations and was facilitated by a creative communications consulting team.  Participants listened and shared experiences and ideas in small discussion groups. The many conversations were then graphically recorded and drawn on a large wall mural.
