“The working world is changing and so are the opportunities available to high school students.”
Students in Huntsville Ontario are taking part in a CreativeSHIFT program on October 29th at the Bracebridge Sports complex.
Essentially, this is an arts and education program to promote creativity and innovation and prepare secondary students for the careers of the future in the creative economy, or knowledge-based careers,” said Carolyne Wagland of Creative Paths, which is hosting the event.
“The message is that you don’t have to wait to fulfil your dreams,” said Wagland. “You can choose a career and make a difference in the world right now.”
