Avalanche vs. Sharks Game 7 Prediction: NHL Playoffs Betting Odds

Renfrew

The last time Colorado played with a Game 7 was in 2014, if they dropped at the first round of the playoffs to the Minnesota Wild.
Avalanche vs. Sharks Stanley Cup Playoffs Betting Analysis The Avs managed a Game 6 win Monday night to bring this series to a deciding Game 7 on Wednesday night in the SAP Center in San Jose.
Colorado get a lot of assistance from their secondary in that match, with two goals from J.T. Compher and one from Tyson Jost. Gabriel Landeskog got the win. The Sharks got goals from two defenseman when Marc-Edouard Vlasic got two and Brent Burns tied up it following J.T. Compher scored the first of his two goals.
San Jose has eliminated the Avs in their previous two playoff meetings. Sports Interaction bettors are siding greatly with the home side for Game 7, with 73 percent of stakes in the point of this writing backing the Sharks.
Colorado Avalanche
Regardless of Gabriel Landeskog’s match winning goal on Monday, the Sharks are somewhat successful in trying to maintain the power trio of Landeskog, Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen off the scoreboards. If they need the win These three will have to resolve the defense of San Jose tonight. As they head into enemy territory for the last game of the series, coach Jared Bednar desires better production.
“We have got to go in and be inclined to attempt and win this game 1-0 and shield a little bit better than we did at times last night,” he said. “I’ll tell you . It’s not going to be much different for us than it had been last night. It is another elimination game for us. It’s a difficult construction. I felt their staff had more despair than people in Game 5 (the Sharks won 2-1). We had a little edge. So today you’re likely to find both teams playing desperate hockey, therefore it should be a real fun one.”
San Jose Sharks
Looking at regular season records, it’s almost surprising that the Sharks have been pressured to a Game 7 in the next round of the playoffs. San Jose finished second in the Pacific Division with 101 points, whereas Colorado shimmied to the 2nd wild card spot with a last-minute burst during the regular season. But here they are, in their second game 7.
After facing elimination in their series against the Vegas Golden 23, San Jose pulled off a comeback. At the Game 7′s third phase, the Sharks came back from 3-0 deficit to get a hard-fought 5-4 overtime win.
The Sharks have needed to play this whole round without captain Joe Pavelski, who is a game day decision for tonight.
